Payroll management is a fairly sensitive service relating to workers' pay (determination of wages, various allowances, overtime, etc.) including the various deductions to be made (retirement, deductions for contributions to cover non-occupational illness, taxation, union contributions, loan repayments, etc.).

Our work will focus on :

• Determining the classification of your staff (Agreement, Category, Basic salary) ;
• Drawing up simulations of pay slips and employment contracts;
• The creation of pay slips and their monthly issue;
• Calculation of social security and tax contributions ;
• Filing tax returns with the authorities (payment of deductions and payroll tax), and social security returns with the Social Security Fund (CSS) and the Senegalese Institute for Retirement Planning (IPRES);
• The determination of overtime;
• In the event of a dispute, we will also calculate the balance of any accounts and severance payments;
• We will also advise you on the precise estimation of the various bonuses and remuneration elements.
